Refund policy

WAVES PREVIEW, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping for pendants, dresses, skirts, shorts, tops, leggings, sports bras, joggers, training pants, and tees from our store. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Products that show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration may not qualify for a refund. For hygiene reasons, some intimate or close contact items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
